PROPERTY EXCHANGE AUSTRALIA (PEXA)

 As of 1 July 2019, electronic conveyance will become a compulsory requirement of all property transactions in NSW.  Staff at Avenue Legal have been trained and certified in their use of the new PEXA system and appropriate security measures associated with the platform.   

 As part of the rules of engagement of the new electronic conveyance regime, all clients must sign a client authorisation form permitting their legal representative to act on their behalf on the electronic platform.  

 Additionally, all clients must have their identities verified by duly authorised entities (e.g. Australia Post or Legal Practitioner). We provide this service at our office without charge. Otherwise a client may elect to use another authorised entity more suitable to their geographical requirements.
